Go Green!
P.S.153 is making every effort to go green by recycling,
re-using and reducing. We have
established a Go Green Committee to focus on recycling and conserving energy in
our school. Committee members consist of
our custodian, principal, assistant principal, and teachers. We are looking for a few parents to join us
at our meetings to get your ideas too. If
you are interested in joining us for one of our meetings, please contact Ms.
Williams-Porter at 212.927.8611 ext 1310. Efforts have already been made this
year to reduce paper usage by updating our school’s website regularly and
limiting the number of paper notices we send home.

The Vicory Theater 209 West 42nd Street New York, NY 10036 (646) 223-3010 has chosen P.S. 153M as one of the 10 schools to participate in their "Bring your Family" program. All students from our school can go to any show for free and bring up to five family members for $5 each. You can order tickets by phone, mail,or at the box office.
We welcome E3Sports to our school community! The staff at P.S. 153 is proud and excited to have E3SPORTS come join us during our recess time during lunch. E3 stands for EDUCATE. EXERCISE. EVOLVE. Stay tuned for more Highlights!
